What we collect

When you sign up for a retreat: name, email, phone, number of people, room choice, dietary needs and your message.

When you use the contact form: name, email, subject and message.

When you sign up for updates: your email address.

Why

We only use your data to process your sign-up, answer your question or keep you posted about new retreats. We never sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where and for how long

Your data is stored in our content system (Sanity) and sent through our email service (Resend). Sign-ups and messages are kept for up to 2 years after the retreat or our last contact. Your email for updates is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving updates. Just send us an email.
